Recipes for white teeth like snow without pigmentation


Many of us are talking about teeth whitening methods , but prevention is better than cure .

Dentist Lindy Orlin from New York talked about food and environmental factors that can damage your teeth , and how to prevent it.

1- Colored foods .

Explains Dr. Orlin that any foods or drinks , whether colored pasta sauce , blueberry blue , coffee , or red wine helps to staining your teeth . While it is almost impossible to get away completely from these foods completely , you can fight variegated by eating these foods in moderation , and brushing your teeth twice a day, or whiten your teeth .

2- Sugar.

Dr. Arlene says , that anything full of sugar is bad for your teeth, but the real problem begins when you eat foods rich in sugars overload , whether candy , soda , or even fruit ! " When you eat sweet foods , sugar prevents saliva to neutralize the acids in your mouth that prevent the plaque on the teeth that leads to cavities. Orlin advises always cleans teeth after every meal , especially sugary foods .


3- Smoking.

Enough to know that smoking is bad for all your body until it stops , but to make sure more , smoking dries out your mouth, and reduces saliva , causing form cavities and plaque. Says Dr. Orlin that tobacco causes stained teeth too badly , in addition to the risk of cancer of the mouth.

4- Prevention.

You can not prevent yourself from traditional foods such as pasta and wine, but there are ways that can be used to reduce the potential hazards on your teeth . Says Dr. Orlin " chewing sugar - free gum is very good for your teeth, and prevent the accumulation of plaque bad. Just make sure that the product is free of sugar in addition to clean the mouth and
teeth brushing  always.
